Dave Backer

Dave began in the automotive business at the tender age of 15. With over 50 years experience, he has seen a lot of changes. However, the one thing that will never change is customer service. His favorite slogan, “If you don’t take care of the customer, somebody else will”, can be seen hanging from every wall in the shop. He has instilled “old school customer service” in every one of his employees. Dave is also a very active member of the Cheviot Westwood Kiwanis. He has been parade chairman for the Harvest Home parade for the last 19 years. He is also proud to sponsor many youth sports teams in his community. Dave and his wife, Geri, currently reside in Monfort Heights and have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Doug Backer

Doug attended Northern Kentucky University where he graduated in 1987 with a Bachelors degree in Education. After a brief look at a teaching profession, he decided to join the family business where he has worked full time since 1988. He has transformed his educational background into the automotive field. “Everything is so technical; education is the key to success”. He is also very active in the community and he spends most of his free time enjoying golf. Doug and his wife, Linda, currently reside in Bridgetown and have 3 children.
